How does the seven-day paid trial work?

Your first paid subscription starts with a seven-day trial. Payment details are collected securely at Stripe Checkout, and billing begins after the trial unless you cancel first.

What happens after my trial ends?

Accepted Answer

Your selected paid plan begins automatically when the seven-day trial ends, and Stripe charges the payment method collected at checkout. If you changed the plan or billing interval during the trial, the latest selection applies. If you cancel before the trial ends, you keep access until the trial ends and are not charged.

How much do I save with annual billing?

Annual billing costs the same as ten monthly payments, so you receive two months free. The annual total is charged once per year.

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can switch plans from settings. An upgrade to a higher plan takes effect immediately and any applicable prorated charge is shown before confirmation. A downgrade to a lower plan is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. During a trial, switching plans does not end the trial or create an immediate charge.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch billing intervals from settings. Monthly-to-annual changes take effect immediately, with any applicable credit or charge shown before confirmation. Annual-to-monthly changes take effect at the end of the current annual billing period. During a trial, the new interval starts after the trial ends.

What is a Donivo Founding price?

While Founding spots remain, eligible new Starter and Pro subscriptions receive the lower Founding price shown on the page. That price stays locked while the subscription remains continuously active. Once the spots are gone, new subscriptions use the standard price.

Question 9

What happens if I cancel my Founding subscription?

Accepted Answer

Your Founding price remains active until the subscription ends. For a paid subscription, access continues through the current billing period. For a trial, access continues until the trial ends. If you subscribe again later, the current price applies, which may be the standard price if Founding availability has ended.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

Accepted Answer

No. Donivo has no long-term contract beyond the monthly or annual billing period you choose. You can cancel from settings at any time, and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
