Post when your audience is awake
The same post can land very differently depending on when you publish it. While your own analytics are the best guide, these industry-average windows are a solid default when you're starting out or moving into a new platform. Each one below is converted from US Eastern Time into your local timezone so you can act on it directly.
The real win is consistency: pick a realistic window, post regularly, and adjust as you learn what your audience responds to.
Best times differ by platform
Feed platforms like Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn reward weekday mornings, lunchtimes and early evenings, and tend to dip on weekends. TikTok leans toward weekday afternoons and evenings but, because it distributes by interest rather than by follower, posting time matters less than it does elsewhere. Pinterest and YouTube buck the trend, with strong weekend browsing. Use the per-platform windows above as your baseline, then let your own analytics fine-tune from there.
