Welcome to Donivo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Donivo platform, including our website, application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Donivo is a social media scheduling platform that allows you to create, schedule, and publish posts to multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter). You can upload media, compose content, and manage publishing schedules through a unified dashboard.

2. Account Registration

To use Donivo, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Donivo to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interfere with the Service
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or subscription restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content (text, images, videos) you upload to Donivo. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service — including publishing posts to your connected social media accounts.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with the terms of service of the social media platforms you publish to.

5. Social Media Platform Integrations

Donivo connects to third-party social media platforms through their official APIs. By connecting your accounts, you authorize Donivo to publish content on your behalf according to your instructions.

You acknowledge that:

• Each platform has its own terms of service that you must comply with
• Platform APIs may change or become unavailable, which may temporarily affect our ability to publish content
• We are not responsible for content that is rejected, modified, or removed by the platforms themselves
• You can disconnect any social media account at any time through your Donivo settings

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Donivo offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on the plan you select.

• Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated with notice
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• We offer refunds within the first 7 days of your purchase — no questions asked. To submit a refund request, reach out to us at [email protected]

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Donivo available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, deploy updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, including missed or delayed post publications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donivo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Failed or delayed post publications
• Social media account suspensions resulting from published content
• Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data — including posts, media, connected accounts, and billing information — will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
